1. Return Policy:
a. Return for Store Credit – Returning products under Return Policy Section A for the reasons in Section B. The Return for Store Credit Policy allows you to purchase another item through Store Credit. You will be provided with a code to enter at check out. The code is equal to the amount you previously paid for. If the price of the item that you want as the replacement is greater than your Store Credit, the system will prompt you to process a payment for the remainder. All Store Credit codes will be sent through email.
b. Return for Refund – Product price will be returned once verified. Other fees not included in the refund such as bank fees, etc.
2. Product Handling:
a. Upon receipt, please ensure not to damage the box for boxed items such as kids’ toys, bundled items, etc., for Return Policy Sections A and B.
b. Open the packages gently in order not to damage the product/s inside.
c. Customer-induced damage is not qualified for a refund.
d. All products are subject to wear and tear.
3. Promo Codes:
a. Subject to change without prior notice.
b. Can not be combined with other offers or promos.
c. Applicable to products except for items with an existing discount.

b. Please refrain from stating your concern over the Comments section because we may overlook your issue.

6. Placing an Order:
a. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
b. We do not keep bank information in our system. Please refrain from providing them through chat sessions and in the comments section.
c. We are not allowed to place and process the order on behalf of the customer due to privacy and security concerns.
7. Shipping and Delivery:
a. We cannot be responsible for delays and/or missed deliveries caused by weather or factors out of our control.
b. No refund shall be processed for the delay and/or missed deliveries caused by weather and factors out of our or the carriers’ control. Please see Refund Policy Section A article 14.
8. Personalized Items
a. For customized items, we recommend that you buy 1 pc as your sample before purchasing in bulk.
b. Customized items are non-refundable in cases like you don’t like the item anymore, you changed your mind, and the color does not match your motif.
c. A store credit will be processed for concerns stipulated under Return Policy Section B.
