Return Policy

A. Return for Refund and Return for Store Credit

1. You can return the item within 5 working days upon receipt.
2. Please attach a picture or a screenshot of the product in question.
3. Please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions on how to properly handle the product.
4. If your product has been mishandled by the courier, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt.
5. Normal wear and tear are not considered as a product defect or damage.
6. This policy does not apply if you changed your mind and no longer want the product.
7. Please give us ample time to process your request especially if the claim is “Product not received”.
8. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
9. The item must be in the original packaging.
10. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
11. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspection.
12. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund or a store credit.
13. Refunded amount shall be received within 3-5 business days (please check with your bank about their own process).
14. No refund shall be processed for delays and missed deliveries due to natural calamity or acts of God.
15. Unverified claims under Section B will be considered invalid.
16. You have an option to either Return for Refund or Return for Store Credit. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for more information about the second option.
